Towards the sky of abomination
Upon the throne of oppression
My tearing burden of coexistence
Psychotic loop of persistence
Feel the incarnation of reflexion
While slowly take consciousness of the absence
Drag along in a world of prohibition
Murmuring poor unspeakable expectation
Drowning your fate in the swamp
Inhaling the sludge of your own world
Putrid purulent rusty hope
Now the tick of the clock is a storm
Long I revered hideousness
Cursing you cancerous all
NONE a opéré un virage dans Where Life Should Be et ça se confirme davantage dans Damp Chill of Life. Insoutenable... Jordan Vauvert
Great Belgian black metal with a raw production and plenty of atmosphere.
The vocals sounds like they're performed by someone who're in immense pain at times, which suits the music perfectly.
I can easily recommend all three demos from Oerheks. sardonicwrath
Late 90's BM worship, but it's also a lil more than that. This album takes the best elements from the scene it's inspired by and mostly avoids the worst of it; the song-writing is well-written, it's performed with passion and fun, and the production is raw but isn't lo-fi. (i.e. it doesn't obfuscate and/or suckass).
Tl;dr It's safe but high quality BM. Recommended. Rabbit
Crushing blackened doom from this German band that counterbalances blinding fury with moments of surprising, melancholy melody. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 8, 2023
Tokyo band contrast black metal's brutal complexity with shoegaze's abyssal grandeur, resulting in an LP that feels crushing, yet infinite. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 24, 2022
Masterful use of acoustic passages and synth stuff. This is definitely my favorite black metal-dungeon synth kinda album I've found recently. Each track flows into the next so well, I cannot recommend it enough. Perri
